The Project
On December 16, 2023, at the Genoa Aquarium, we curated a special event to commemorate SMS Group’s 150th anniversary, Family Day and Christmas Party, celebrating the company’s long history of success.
Our team worked with dedication in organizing this occasion, paying close attention to every detail and putting the family at the center of attention. The staff and hostesses played a key role in managing and welcoming participants, contributing significantly to the overall success of the event.
The event
The event began with a stirring speech by the CEO, followed by an extraordinary performance by a talented violinist. The latter was accompanied by spectacular cold fountains, creating a magical and engaging atmosphere. Participants then had the opportunity to tour the aquarium, immersing themselves in a fascinating world, before converging in two large main halls.
In these rooms, we catered and set up an area with table soccer, a personalized photobooth, charming Christmas decorations, and a stage for the second corporate speech and musical performance by a band.
For the little ones, we have created a specially dedicated space with age-divided activities, the warm presence of Santa Claus, a face painting artist and a soft area. Entertainers and workshops for creating Christmas gadgets completed this dedicated area.
The results
The evening ended with an exciting DJ set. At the end, we honored the guests with personalized gadgets as a tangible reminder of an unforgettable evening that marked an important milestone in the history of SMS Group.
