For Kick-Off 2023, Adecco chose Milan’s Abbazia Mirasole as the location to conduct a team building activity aimed at administrative staff, a place characterized by a social project linked to the community and matching the objective of the day: sharing and enhancing their skills, is the key to excellence.

The activities
After the SSC Director’s welcome, the 180 employees were divided into 18 teams and had to go through several tests with the aim of demonstrating two of the required skills: collaboration and creativity (understood as the ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions).
The day ended with an award ceremony for the team that was able to demonstrate the required skills, creating a unique moment among colleagues and perfect for sharing future goals with staff.
