Promoest played a key role in organizing the Shipping 4.0 event, which took place on April 13, 2023 at the European Parliament in Brussels.
The event aimed to bring together shipping stakeholders to discuss the challenges facing the entire Shipping Industry in the 21st century, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.

One of the main tasks performed by Promoest was the supervision and coordination of the event:
from identifying moderators, to defining panel content, to selecting, contacting and
collaboration with the 24 Invited speakers who brought interesting contributions to this 7th edition.

Thus, it was crucial to coordinate not only the internal direction, but also all aspects
technicians, which enabled the concepts and topics covered to be disseminated to a much wider audience.

an activity that has seen successful dissemination of the event on social channels and the website created
specifically for the event.

To ensure effective communication, the agency implemented a content strategy that included the creation of promotional materials, such as videos and social media posts.
Shipping 4.0 in fact saw the emergence of a true community: it was able to bring together stakeholders from across the national and European shipping industry and officials, as well as bring together different target audiences, thus creating a space in which to share opinions and concerns of the industry.
